Question by AMERICA NEEDS A LIBERAL ENEMA!: Did you know Tiger Woods gave a Speech at Obama’s INAUGURATION ?
I was not really a fan of Tiger Woods until this was sent to me via email.
AS IF YOU NEED ANOTHER REASON TO ADMIRE “AMERICA’S” TIGER WOODS.

Tiger Woods is a Highly Educated Individual who was properly raised and taught to be his own man by an educated Mother and Father..

You can readily see that Tiger Woods listened to his parents and remains very proud of them both.

A COPY OF HIS SPEECH AT THE 2009 INAUGURATION

Tiger Woods received a special invitation to speak at the Obama inauguration.

His inviters were stunned, shocked when he did not deliver the message they expected.

A brief read and you will understand why the media swept Woods’ remarks under the rug with no further ado and why the liberal left of our American society was again displeased with Tiger.

His speech was entitled

“You’ll Never Walk Alone”

“I grew up in a military family – and my role models in life were my Mom and Dad, Lt. Colonel Earl Woods.

My dad was a Special Forces operator and many nights friends would visit our home.

They represented every branch of the service, and every rank.

In my Dad, and in those guests, I saw first hand the dedication and commitment of those who serve.

They come from every walk of life; from every part of our country.

Time and again, across generations, they have defended our safety in the dark of night and far from home.

Each day — and particularly on this historic day –
we honor the men and women in uniform who serve our country and protect our freedom.
They travel to the dangerous corners of the world, and we must remember that for every person who is in uniform, there are families who wait for them to come home safely.

I am honored that the military is such an important part, not just of my personal life, but of my professional one as well.

The golf tournament we do each year here in Washington is a testament to those unsung heroes.

I am the son of a man who dedicated his life to his country, family and the military, and I am a better person for it.

In the summer of 1864, Abraham Lincoln, the man at whose memorial we stand, spoke to the 164th Ohio Regiment and said ‘I am greatly obliged to you, and to all who have come forward at the call of their country.’

Just as they have stood tall for our country – we must always stand by and support the men and women in uniform and their families.

Thank you, and it is now my pleasure to introduce the US Naval Glee Club ….”

Tiger Woods’ 2-minute, 5-second tribute to the our nation’s military was delivered January 18th at the Inaugural Celebration in Washington , DC .

He had been subjected to intense pressure to attend and offer remarks.

Especially so by liberals who have demeaned and criticized him for a decade for not joining their ranks.

Yet, at the Lincoln Memorial, instead of paying homage to Barack Obama, Tiger paid tribute to our soldiers.
Not once did Tiger mention Obama, the inauguration or the new administration.
Understanding that expressing his love for America and his appreciation for our military men and women would disappoint the national news media and the liberal left, he did what he thought was best for the people of our country.

But Tiger, being is his own man, just as his father taught him to be his own man.
Somewhere over that cold, gray Washington sky, Colonel Earl Woods was smiling down on his beloved son.

And there will be one more crying hug waiting for Tiger when the time comes he passes through heaven’s gates into God’s arms.

You did not see a video clip of him speaking on any national television network?
You did not see a photo of Tiger at the Lincoln Memorial offering his remarks honoring our military..

You did not read a story in the NY Times?
His appearance at the Inaugural Celebration had been widely hailed and promoted in advance by the Obama inaugural organizers …. yet January 18 when he came and spoke … afterwards, a black out.

…I’m sorry, what the hell is your point? You seem to believe that because Tiger Woods did not mention Obama in a speech, he does not support him. That’s not a very good argument to make.

EDIT: Oh great, now you’ve resorted to calling any sources fact-checking you Liberal propaganda. *sigh* Always the default response, I knew it wouldn’t take long. We’ll just write this off as an extensive partisan rant then.

Because he looks black.

And he’s considered the “next black star” in golf because it’s not common for blacks to be so recognized for playing golf. It’s a way of saying bye-bye to racial stereotypes and inequalities and “hello” to something better.

You don’t need a “next white star” in golf because there are plenty of white golf stars.

Is this concept really that difficult to understand or do you guys play dumb?

There have been many talented and disciplined people over the years that climbed to fame by performing consistently at the top levels of professional sports but Tiger Woods has succeeded in dominating his sport totally, joining the ranks of legends like Michael Jordan and Wayne Gretsky. This article attempts to study the motivations of the superstar as he chose golf as a profession and went on to rack up astronomical statistics.

Golf is a sport that should be started as young as possible so that a natural swing can develop and become a smooth body motion, and Eldrick Tont Woods, known as Tiger Woods, was playing since he could stand upright. He was born in California so there was year-round warm weather to make serious golfing possible. His family was well-off enough to join the golfing class. Golf courses aren’t accessible to everyone so the children from the more affluent middle class have the advantage of being able to own golf equipment and maintain a club membership where dad takes his hacks at the golf balls and loses them in the rough regularly. There are special clothes to wear at the country club and a number of golf accessories to buy, such as golf shoes, jackets, golf bags, and carts to wheel the golf clubs from hole to hole. It’s not an easy game to master; it’s more associated with frustration, anger, and divot-digging missed shots where colorful language turns to a more vulgar type of cursing at the unfairness of life on the fairways and five-putt greens.

Duffers the world over use to cringe at the under-par scores of their heroes like Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus, and Gary Player back in the 1960s when golfers tossed their cigarettes on the green while they putted out. Overall health wasn’t stressed in those days, in fact the cigarette companies were major sponsors and golf professionals could pick up some advertisement money by pitching a favorite brand of cancer stick that makes them play better. Tournament money was an attraction to lure some golfers into the gym to get the edge on the competition but there are still some top golfers who are out of shape and overweight. A good swing is a good swing and the rest is gravy.

Tiger Woods was ready to mop up all the gravy by being in tremendous shape; he can also play a better game asleep than most of us can while awake. A score for eighteen holes from Tiger is lower than the average person’s score for nine holes. Not surprisingly, Woods had appeared on national TV before the age of three where he putted against Bob Hope on the Mike Douglas show. He was raised in Cypress California and scored a 48 over nine holes at the Cypress Navy golf course, also before the age of three. Adults would be happy to have such a low score; many of us can’t break 100 over eighteen holes. At the age of fifteen in 1991, Tiger became the youngest ever junior champion and he was uniformly dynamic in his college and amateur career.

After his 1999 Memorial Tournament win on the pro tour he began the longest winning streak since 1974 and the following year he won three majors, nine PGA tour events, and he set or tied twenty-seven Tour records. He continued winning until Vijay Singh finally halted the streak and beat Tiger to become the number one ranked player in the world. The two traded the number one spot back and forth for a while but Woods prevailed over and over to become the highest money-winner in golfing history.

Tiger scored even better with the ladies; many of us envy the money and endorsements that come with super-stardom but it comes at a terrible cost to the essential bodily fluids when slinky cocktail waitresses keep seeking to sap your energy and pollute your purity of essence with their admiring lust. Being draped with beautiful women is just one of those sacrifices that a true professional like Tiger Woods takes onto himself; no doubt extra conditioning is needed to help him get through the exhausting nights that would slay the average man. However, life is tough getting out of the rough when word of his other record-setting activities gets back to the wife.

Tiger woods is not the longest hitter on earth. He is not even in the top 50 I’m sure. Tiger woods’s longest drive if he really killed it would be around 330 meters.

There are long drive champions.. 6foot 7 giants.. with muscles like Arnold… they can routinely outdrive Tiger with a 3 wood. They can blast a five iron 250 meters.. that’s how long they are! But of course, they can’t beat Tiger on the PGA tour.. they just have that raw power…
