Each and every club the player carries are used for different shots; for example the drivers are primarily used off the tee box to try and get the ball into the fairway, after you get off the tee box the player would then use an iron, the irons which are the most versatile clubs are used for various kinds of shots on and off the fairway in an attempt to get onto the green, and the last club used on each hole, providing you did not get a hole in one or hole out on the previous shot is the steel putter, this club is to drop the ball into the cup.

Golf equipment has undergone many changes over the years, but none as much as we have seen over the last couple. I was between the ages of 5 and 10 i think.There’s this group of friends.The oldest might have been 13.They were around the same age.There was only one girl in the group.They were a club and had a building in the back garden of the leader’s house.The leader’s two or three girl cousins come to stay over for an amount of time.The leader’s aunt and maybe friend stays over as well.The girl cousins are spoilt girly-girls and get mostly whatever they want.They want to join the club but the leader says “We don’t let girls into our club.”One of the cousins says “But (girl in the club’s name) is a girl.”.Somehow the cousins have taken over the club and started changing it,leaving only a bit of the club the way it is for the ones who owned it.The group of kids found a treasure map of some dead person and start looking for it.The cousins find out about the treasure.The group of kids get their mountain bike and go into the desert to look for the treasure.The cousins follow them.The group of kids find the treasure and put something else there so that the cousins will start digging at a golf course in town.The cousins start digging and hit a sewerage pipe.It starts spraying the girls.After this happens,one of other kids that found the treasure (maybe the leader) gives them a gold coin that was part of the treasure. I loved this movie so much even though I only saw it once.Any help would be appreciated.

His inviters were stunned, shocked when he did not deliver the message they expected.

Tiger Woods’ 2-minute, 5-second tribute to the our nation’s military was delivered January 18th at the Inaugural Celebration in Washington , DC .

He had been subjected to intense pressure to attend and offer remarks.

Especially so by liberals who have demeaned and criticized him for a decade for not joining their ranks.

Yet, at the Lincoln Memorial, instead of paying homage to Barack Obama, Tiger paid tribute to our soldiers.
Not once did Tiger mention Obama, the inauguration or the new administration.
Understanding that expressing his love for America and his appreciation for our military men and women would disappoint the national news media and the liberal left, he did what he thought was best for the people of our country.

But Tiger, being is his own man, just as his father taught him to be his own man.
Somewhere over that cold, gray Washington sky, Colonel Earl Woods was smiling down on his beloved son.

And there will be one more crying hug waiting for Tiger when the time comes he passes through heaven’s gates into God’s arms.

For individuals getting started participating in this wonderful game of golf, all the suggestions and thoughts regarding your golf swing has to be quite daunting.  If an individual were to consider all that they hear seriously, swinging a golf club must appear more difficult than brain surgery.  I have put down some golf approaches for new golfers with the goal of simplifying, not further complicating the golf swing.

To simplify, so that you can strike a golf ball consistently with as little side spin as possible, we will look at three areas:

1. The set-up.  As opposed to setting up to the golf ball with thinking about generating all the club speed as you possibly can (you are not there yet), think about getting in a position to strike the ball squarely, rather than a slicing, or glancing blow.  If you were to look down upon the ball, and the target area would be twelve o’clock on your ball, preferably you would want to hit the golf ball at about seven o’clock and would exit the ball at about one o’clock.  If done with a club head that is square to the ball (not opened or closed), you will be able to send the ball having a slight counter clockwise spin, or hook spin.  For the new golfer, that will provide you with the maximum distance.

2. Balance.  Of all of the golf suggestions for the new golfers, this might be the most important, as it is impossible for any golfer at any level to be consistent without maintaining proper balance.  Instead of getting into a long discussion on everything that goes into balance, let’s make it simple.  Think about keeping the spine straight and upright during the swing.  Maintaining a straight spine will allow an unrestricted rotation with the least resistance, making for less moving parts.  It’ll likewise keep the head still, letting you better focus on the ball during the swing.  A straight spine with some bend in the hips and knees will allow you to be more balanced, giving you more consistent ball-striking.

3. Ball concentration.  There exists a massive difference between looking at the ball during the swing and getting a complete, laser-like focus on the ball.  It is something is not talked about because everyone assumes that you automatically keep your “eye on the ball”.  But that is not enough.  I once read the account of a professional golfer who would juggle two balls in one hand in order to make him better concentrate on the ball.  Whatever training aid you use to help you with your ball concentration is great, but as one of the golf tips for new golfers, this is a must.

Obviously these only provide a few simple facts, but at this point your golf training should be kept simple, without getting too technical.  But I congratulate you on trying to improve yourself in an endeavour that certainly has many components.

We’re talking about you and you group on a Sunday afternoon at the local golf course). Ok, here is a small list of do’s and don’ts.

Do follow the golf course’s dress code Do show up to the tee box a little early for your tee time Do follow the golf course’s golf cart rules (don’t drive on the greens or in the sand traps) Do take your own set of golf clubs to the golf course. Do not share clubs on the course Do be ready to play when it is your turn Do play ‘ready golf’ Do let faster players or groups play thorough Do play by the rules Do keep your golf round to 4 hours or less Do yell “four” when you believe there is the slightest chance of your golf ball hitting someone Do not honk your car horn when you are in the parking lot (this means if your car honks when you lock the doors with your remote, lock them manually) Do not yell over to your friends when you are in the parking lot (remember, when you arrive at the golf course, including the parking lot, follow golf etiquette) Do not talk or walk behind others when they are hitting the golf ball Do not hit into slower groups or golf players in front of you

These are some of the basic etiquette standards everyone is expected to follow on the golf course and even on the golf range. Have a great time, but never have your fun at someone else’s expense. It’s like being in a movie theatre. Everyone has paid to be there and enjoy themselves, so keep that in mind.

The lie variations are best done personally so you get it just right. The loft adjustment is definitely a bad idea, since you need to bend the clubs this way and that to get it done, thereby weakening the shafts. We recommend you use a different club when you need a change in these adjustments, rather than ruin a perfectly good one to suit the need of the moment.
